Pilot Car Pros is free for owner-operators and fleets. Online payments have one 5% fee, including card processing. Roughly 3% covers card processing and 2% goes to PCP to support the free software. No additional card-processing fee is added.

What stays connected to a job?
Dispatch details, loaded and deadhead mileage, expenses, trip reports, itemized invoices, payment status, and the client record stay connected to the work.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. The mobile app lets you record job details and trip reports from your phone when safely parked.
Can I track an unpaid invoice?
Yes. Payment tracking helps you distinguish open bills from paid work and follow up with the right client.
What if I add drivers?
Fleet tools adds multi-driver dispatch, availability, job cloning, driver access, pre-trip records, and trip-report review. Contact us about your setup.
Is card processing charged on top of the 5%?

Is Pilot Car Pros a load board?
No. These tools organize your own work and client records. We do not promise public job listings or a nationwide operator directory.
