What the base subscription includes
The $19.99 monthly base is all a solo owner-operator needs. It includes the first active driver plus the focused dashboard, jobs, mileage, expenses, clients, invoices, payment tracking, and settings.
How fleet billing scales
Add $8 per month for each active driver after the first. Two active drivers cost $27.99 per month, five cost $51.99, and ten cost $91.99 before tax or storage overage. Inactive or archived drivers do not count as active driver seats.

Each active driver adds 10 GB of included company storage. Storage above the included total is billed at $0.20 per GB per month. For example, five active drivers include 50 GB.
No separate feature tiers
The subscription includes solo and fleet capabilities in the same platform. Team workflows cover dispatch, driver access, pre-trips, trip-report review, payroll, time cards, leave, vehicles, maintenance, role permissions, reports, and the company hub. What appears to each person depends on the company view and their permissions.
